The Sherer family has owned and operated Longview Home for over 25 years. Over the years, we have expanded and diversified our service offerings. Longview has received excellent community support and has established a reputation as a quality provider of long term care.

 

Longview's employees and owners are dedicated to enriching the lives of the residents we serve. We strive to provide a home-like environment where residents can interact with other residents, staff and the community.

 

Longview Home offers eighteen spacious assisted living apartments, some with a patio. Each apartment has an emergency call system and laundry facilities  There is a large dining room where the residents usually dine together for one or two of their meals, or they may choose to visit with their families and friends and enjoy the beautiful view of the valley below. We provide free transportation to in-town Doctor appointments. There are also activities daily for the residents if they so choose to participate. Please check with us for all the details.

 

We realize that each resident is a unique individual with differing care needs. In order to meet these needs, we provide a diversified offering of services which include:
